Rich was very helpful and friendly. I called at around 6pm to ask about machine repairs, and he was with us by about 8pm and had the machine repaired by 9:30pm. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb customer service. From the first phone call to collecting our fully repaired LaPavoni, Richard, Sara and team were excellent. Our machine is 20 years old and working like new.
